Dr. Tursi graduated from Temple University Medical School/Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his surgical residency at Atlanta Hospital and Regional Diabetes Center in Atlanta, GA.

Dr. Tursi is the Chief of Foot and Ankle Surgery at Virtua and Inspira Health. He has served as a foot and ankle consultant to the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Phantoms for over 30 years.

He developed protocols and procedures for using PRP, Amniotic Membrane and Umbilical Cord Product Injections to treat common foot and ankle injuries non-surgically.

Dr. Tursi is also a nationally acclaimed speaker on Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) diagnosis and treatment. He has delivered over 70 lectures throughout the country.

Julie D’Ascendis is our Wellness Nurse and Infusion Specialist. She is passionate about a healthy lifestyle and helping everyone feel their very best so they can live their best life.  She has been working in healthcare for over 17 years.

Julie has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Policy Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor in Nursing from Drexel University. She has worked in various hospitals and units and is certified in Critical Care Nursing.

She is also Certified in Botox Cosmetic and Platelet Rich Plasma for Hair Growth/Scalp and Facials.
